Return Policy
Our return policy is extended to you for 30 days from purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, email us at Myrainydaywonderland@gmail.com from the same email address that you placed the order.
If the purchase was made more than 30 days prior to your request, we cannot offer a return.
Once we receive the item, we will inspect and send you an email notifying you that the item was received. Within 5 business days expect to receive notification about a refund. If you will receive a refund, you will receive it in the original form of payment.
Missing Refund
Please contact your bank or credit card company first. There is usually a processing time before a refund is posted to account. If after 7 business days you have not received your refund, please contact us at Myrainydaywonderland@gmail.com.
If you received the item as a gift and it was received damaged or you would like a refund, we can replace the box or you can receive store credit to be used at a later time.
Damaged Container (Box Only) or Items
Send the damaged container or item to 7714 Thorncreek Way Houston, TX 77095. We will gladly mail a replacement part.

How long does our playdough last
It can last up to 6 months if stored as directed.
Local Pickup
We offer local pickup at 7714 Thorncreek Way Houston, TX 77095.  Your item(s) will be ready 24 hours after order confirmation.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are set by the USPS based on the weight of your purchase.  If you are in the Houston area you can choose Local Pickup as your option to avoid this cost.
